69. Dowling street Passage

This passage is a historical one.
It's here for more than 160 years.




In 1850's, In Dunedin, There were many volcanic rock
here and there.

Those been made people's traffic unconvenience.

Then Dunedin's people has exploit them
as a passage.



One of them still leave in present time.


*In night time if someone wants to pass through
this passage, I can't recommend it.
Because some gang have battle, brake bottles,
dump rubbishes...
There is a aweful environment on the middle
the way.

The old day's people,when they see this situation,

How much disappointed they will be for the great construction.

68. NZ earthquake

It was a nightmare.
(There is a long distance between Dunedin
& Christchurch. So Dunedin didn't get
any problem.)

Even the distance,
Many Dunedin's residents think about
CHCH is a just neighbour city.

Because...

+ DND's residents has family,relative,
friends in CHCH.
+People go to CHCH for work trip
or take weekend holiday.
+When we go to abroad, We use the
international airport. etc.

So we have been huge shocked too...

Luckily, Life lines coming back to CHCH resident's
house.

Anxities are...
Where are missing people gone
How fix the damaged buildings

The nightmare doesn't finish yet...
The nature disaster is aweful...

67. Red bean jam

I never made it in Japan. Because,
We can buy it anytime you want enywhere in Japan.

But here, I can't find it easier.
So, I tryed to make it by myself.



Normally, It have to use red beans. of couse! But
this time , I just try to use other kind of beans for make it.
(It's sort of challenge)
The result...was't too bad.


And I made TAIYAKI which is Sweet with bream formed.
This style is a bit my own way. Anyway,
real one use difference ingredients for make outside.

66.Tram

I like some cities where running Trams.

Trams makes cities landscaped.

Not much people Knows that some trams
were running in Dunedin from Dunedin's
nostalgic photoes.

Now,no tram run in Dunedin, But only tram
has keeping in front of "CableWays"Bar
in Kaikourai Valley.





This tram works!! for good advertising of this Bar!!

Inside has polished well.

65. Silver Fish

Even cold Dunedin,
We find some insects.

Normally, I don't want to...

But this one!
It's uncommon.

At least, I never seen it
in Japan.

The colour is silver which is
same with the name.

The form is a similar with
small lobster?!

This creature is wonderful
more than creepy...Maybe.

64.Waitangi Day

Once upon a time... the day was quite historical

day between Maori & English.

They made up promise each other for

their good relationship.

And Now,

At many places in NZ,

It held some ceremony or fun festival.

The last picture from Dunedin.

We visit here.

Because of our friend invited us.

Then ,they served us nice mutton birds.

The taste , it's like Japanese boiled fish!!

The reason?

Maybe the bird eating a lot of fish at ocean!

63. Walking with a Dog is better?
